To improve legal conception of nurses and awareness of protecting themselves and cope with the new medical regulation, this article analyzes the factors causing nursing disputes and proposes that nursing staffs should reinforce legal conception, carry out nursing regulations strictly, enhance evidence awareness, strengthen communication between nurses and patients, improve nursing quality and reduce nursing dispute.
