摘要
目的 探讨老年康复科护士应具备的素质及培养。方法 采取多种途径、多种形式的学习教育、培训 ,建立监督激励机制。结果 老年康复科护士的综合素质明显提高。结论 在工作实践中加强老年康复科护士的素质培养不失为解决目前老年康复业务护理人才缺乏的有效途径。
Objective To discuss the necessary quality of the nurses of the old paralytics in nursing-home and the training of it.Method The multi-way and multi-form of training, supervision and stimulation were used.Result Quality of the nurses of the old paralytics in nursing-home was developed.Conclusion It is an effective way of solving the problem of lack of the nurses of the old paralytics in nursing-home to strengthen the training of nurses.
