The internet management of sterilization inspection of aged health care base

目的 老年保健基地在SARS流行期间构建消毒监测督导员 -督查员 -消毒员三级网络模式 ,评价其实施效果。方法 成立三级消毒监测网络小组 ;网络小组成员分工负责 ,紧急培训 ;采用集体授课与实物演练相结合、多媒体教学与发放相关知识材料相结合 ,对 9个方面的内容进行讲解。结果 培训前后消毒员落实消毒管理制度的自觉性显著提高 (P <0 .0 0 1)。结论 构建保健基地消毒监测网络化管理模式 ,对控制SARS疫情起到了积极的作用 ;网络小组全员培训是落实消毒措施的重要环节 ;

Objective Three levels of network administration model, supervisor-inspector- disinfector, were established in aged health care base during severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS) prevalence, and the executive results were estimated.Methods Establishment of the three levels of sterilizing and monitoring group.Dividing the labor, taking responsibility, and urgent training for the network group members.Education related to SARS were conducted on nine aspects by the combination of giving lesions and live demonstration and practice or the combination of multimedia teaching and providing reading materials.Results Disinfector’s self-knowledge for the execution of the sterilization management system was significantly improved after the trainings( P <0.001).Conclusions Establishment of the network management of sterilization and inspection plays an active role in controlling the development of epidemic situation in aged health care base during SARS prevalence. The training of network members is the key point for executing sterilization measures. The effective inspection measures are reliable guarantee for executing sterilization system.
