Efficacy of a new gel bait against Blattella germanica

目的 研究新型灭蟑胶饵防治德国小蠊的效果。方法 采用实验室灭蟑试验和现场选择 6家被德国小蠊侵害的宾馆投放灭蟑胶饵 ,观察投药前后德国小蠊的密度变化。结果 实验室灭蟑试验LT5 0 为1 47d ,4d死亡率为 10 0 % ;投放A型灭蟑胶饵后 3d、2 0d密度分别为每 5min为 0 13只、0 0 6只 ,杀灭率分别为 98 98%和 99 53 %。

Objective To study the efficacy of a new gel bait against Bla ttella germanica. MethodsLab test and on-the-spot trial in six hotels. Comparing the density ch ange before and after putting the new gel bait. ResultsThe LT 50 of Blattella germanica in lab was 1 47 d, the 4 d killing rate was 100%. The 3 d and 20 d d ensity of Blattella germanica in field test were 0 13 insect/5 min and 0 0 6 insect/5 min. The mortality were 98 98% and 99 53%. ConclusionThe results indicated that gel bait A had good efficacy agai nst Blattella germanica.
