摘要
目的 :研究磨牙半切术后不同修复设计对磨牙应力的影响。方法 :利用螺旋CT扫描的方法 ,采用图像处理和有限元分析软件建立 |5 67及其支持组织的三维有限元模型。分别在垂直载荷和斜向载荷下计算出各种修复设计时牙体组织的应力。结果 :双端固定桥设计优于单端固定桥和单冠修复。垂直向载荷应力集中于牙颈部 ;斜向载荷应力集中区移向根尖部 ,且牙体组织应力明显增大。结论
Objective:To study the influence of different kinds of prosthodonitic design on the stress of molar with hemisection therapy.Method:Established a 3-D finite element model of |567 and their supporting tissues by means of SCT scanning technology and software of image processing and finite element analyzing program. Under vertical loading and oblique loading, the stress distribution was obtained.Result:The design of rigidly fixed bridge was superior to free-end fixed bridge and single crown. The stress concentration exhibited at the cervical regions when vertical loading was applied, and at apex when oblique loading was applied .Under oblique loading, the stress increased obviously.Conclusion:Rigidly fixed bridge was the first selection as a prosthodonitic design in the first mandible molar with hemisection therapy.
