Ore Drawing Mode in Pillarless Sublevel Caving

无底柱分段崩落法放矿方式有 3种 :一为现行截止品位放矿 ;二为无贫化放矿 ;三为低贫化放矿。对3种放矿方式的特点和适用条件分析后认为 ,现用截止品位放矿的贫化率最大和经济效益最差 ;无贫化放矿与前者比较 ,在矿石回收率基本相同的情况下 ,贫化率降低到 8%以下 ,经济效益最高 ;当不能一步到位地施行无贫化放矿时 ,可用低贫化放矿 ,逐渐提高截止品位而趋向无贫化放矿。

There are three ore drawing modes in pillarless sublevel caving,namely,current cut-off grade drawing,dilutionless drawing and low dilution drawing.As a result of the analysis of the features and suitable conditions of the three methods,it is considered that the current cut-off grade drawing mode has the highest dilution rate and the poorest economic benefit,and the dilutionless drawing can reduce the dilution rate to below 8% at the basically same ore recovery with the former method,thus having the highest economic benefit.When dilutionless drawing cann't be executed in one step,low dilution drawing can be used and the cut-off grade can be gradually raised towards dilutionless drawing.
