摘要
介绍了运矿索道动态称重系统的组成和数学模型。采用现代控制理论中的状态空间理论与经典控制理论的传递函数相结合的方法 ,对采集的数据进行实时处理来预测称重的终值。编制了相应的数据采集处理软件和管理软件 ,实现动态称重。研究成果在广东省某矿山进行了应用 ,一次安装成功 ,应用情况良好。
The composition and mathematical model of dynamic weighing system of ore handling cableway are described.The combination of the state space theory in modern control theory with the transmission function of classical control theory was used in the real time treatment of collected data for the prediction of the final value of weighing.The relevant data collection and processing software and management software were compiled and the dynamic weighing realized. This research achievement was applied in a mine in Guangdong Province, with successful installation in one time and smooth operation.
