摘要
介绍了矿山应用生态群落工业园的意义及其设计原理与方法 ,并结合鑫汇金矿实际情况 ,依照生态工业园生物食物链的原理 ,对矿山产出的废料进行了总体的设计 ,把粗尾砂用于采场胶结充填 ,细尾砂用于采场非胶结充填 ;将掘进废石筛分破碎 ,粗粒级用于建筑 ,细粒级用于铺路 ;采用浮选的方法 ,从炼金剩下的浸渣中提取铅、锌精矿 ,剩余的尾渣则转化为有用的硫铁矿产品。经过 3年多的试验和实践 ,系统地消化和利用了矿山生产排出的废物 ,实现了矿山无废开采 ,并且年产铅、锌精矿 4 10 0t、硫铁矿 1.6 5万t、碎石 3.5万m3 ,取得了显著的经济效益和社会效益。
The significance of the application of ecological community industrial park and its design principle and method are described. In view of the practical situation of Xinhui Gold Mine and in accordance with the principle of the biological food chain of ecological industrial park, a general design of the mine-produced wastes was made. The coarse tailings were used in cemented filling of stope and the fine tailings in non-cemented filling. The waste rocks produced in drivage were crushed and screened, with the coarse portion for construction and the fine portion for road pavement. Flotation was used to extract lead-zinc concentrate from the gold leach residual and the remaining was converted to valuble pyrite product. Through over three years' test and practice, the mined-produced wastes have been digested and utilized, realizing a wasteless mining with an annual production of 4100 t lead-zinc concentrate, 16500 t pyrite and 35000 m 3 crushed stone and achieving remarkable social and economical results.
