为避免坠落溜井伤亡事故 ,应用故障树分析方法 ,对坠落溜井伤亡事故的原因进行了全面分析 ,找出了导致发生坠落溜井伤亡事故的途径 18种 ,最小径集 4组 ,对搞好矿山安全生产、提高经济效益和社会效益具有重要现实意义。

To avoid the casualties accident of in-pass falling,fault tree analysis method was used to make a comprehensive analysis of the causes for the accident.It was found there were eighteen ways in four least radial stes that could lead to the casualties accident of in-pass falling,which was of miportant practical significance to doing well the safe production of mine and improving both economical and social benefits.
