肾移植术后并发恶性肿瘤的临床分析

Analysis of malignant tumor following renal transplantation

目的 :总结肾移植术后恶性肿瘤的发病情况 ,并探讨其预防及治疗措施。方法 :回顾性分析 30例肾移植术后恶性肿瘤患者的临床资料。结果 :在 2 5 0 0例肾移植患者中 ,发生恶性肿瘤 30例 ,发病率为 1.2 % ,其中泌尿系肿瘤所占比例最大为 33.3% (10 / 30 ) ,其次为消化系统肿瘤 30 % (9/ 30 ) ,再次为皮肤癌 2 6 .7% (8/ 30 )。结论 :肾移植术后患者的肿瘤发生率显著提高 ,以泌尿系肿瘤最为常见。早发现、早诊断。

Objective:To summarize the occurrence of malignant tumor following renal transplantation and the measure of prevention and treatment.Method:A retrograde analysis was undertaken on 2 500 cases who received renal allografts in our centre between Jun. 1978 and Jun. 2003. 30 cases suffer from malignant tumor.Result:Of the 2 500 cases of renal transplantation, 30 cases were diagnosed as having malignant tumor with incidence of 1.2 %. The most common tumor types of these cases were urologic malignant tumors which were one third(10/30), followed by digestive malignant tumors(9/30), carcinoma of skin(8/30). The main treatments included traditional surgical resection, reducing the dosage of immunosuppressants, radiotherapy, chemotherapy and so on.Conclusion:The incidence of malignant tumors in renal transplant recipients increased markedly. The most common type of the malignant tumors is carcinoma of urinary system. The most important measures are early diagnosis and surgical resection.
