摘要
目的 :总结闭合性肾损伤的诊断与治疗 ,提高肾损伤的诊治效果。方法 :回顾性分析 14 2例闭合性肾损伤的诊治资料。结果 :14 2例闭合性肾损伤中 ,伴有并发伤 5 8例 (41% )。其中保守治疗 115例 ,发生并发症5例 ;超选择性肾动脉栓塞术 5例 ;手术治疗 2 2例。死亡 5例 ,死亡率 3.5 %。结论 :B超和CT检查是诊断肾损伤的有效方法。其治疗主要取决于肾脏伤情 。
Objective:To evaluate the diagnosis and treatment of 142 cases of closed renal trauma, and to increase the experience of closed renal trauma.Method:All the 142 cases of closed renal trauma were retrospectively analysed.Result:Of the 142 cases, 58 cases (41%)were complicated by other organ injuries. 115 cases were managed without surgical intervention and 5 of them had complications. 5 cases received super selected renal arteriographic embolization; 22 cases underwent open operation. 5 patients died of injury( 3.5 %).Conclusion:B ultrasonography and CT were effective means for the diagnosis of closed renal trauma. The treatment of renal injury depends on the condition of renal injury. Conservative treatment is an important method.
