摘要
某新型电站锅炉采用了双通道轴向旋流燃烧器、对冲布置、尾部双烟道、烟气挡板调节再热汽温、喷水降温调节过热汽温 ,一次再热、平衡通风的设计。为了更好地把握锅炉的各种性能 ,本文用商业软件FLUENT ,采用相对成熟的数学物理方法 ,对该锅炉进行了全三维燃烧的数值模拟研究 ,详细分析了炉膛内部的温度场和速度场 ,结果表明 :该锅炉的设计基本合理。所进行的数值模拟研究 ,为锅炉的设计、运行及以后的修改设计提供了有益的参考。
A new style boiler used in power plant adopts a design of double channel axial swirling combustor, transverse impact arrangement, double breeching tail, single reheating and balanced ventilation. Concerning reheating and superh eating steam temperature, gas baffles and spray desuperheating design were introduced respectively. In order to get rough performances of this boiler, a commercial software FLUENT was used to numerically simulate the boiler's running process. The simulation was three dimensional, and considered multiphase flow, reaction and radiation by using comparatively mature models and mathematical method. Detailed analysis was conducted on the temperature field and velocity field inside of the hearth, the result indicated that this design achieves good performance, and the boiler is basically a good boiler.
