A Study on the Policy Orientation of Library Macro-Administration after China's Accession to WTO

文章从分析图书馆行业宏观管理的设计目标与功能定位入手,探讨了“入世”后我国 图书馆行业宏观管理实现的基本途径与政策工具框架。

After the accession to WTO, the libraries in China face more possibilities and challenges of development undoubtedly. Under such a background, this article analyses firstly the objectives and functions of library macro-administration, and then discusses the major methods and frames of the library macro-administration policy in China.
