摘要 文章通过研究数字参考服务的体系结构,包括工作机制与实现形式、结构模型、所涉 及的关键技术等,探索数字参考服务的本质。 In this paper, the author discusses issues of system structure of digital reference service such as the workflow, implementation form, structure model and key technologies involved in. Based on the discussion, the author also studies the essence of digital reference service and hopes the study will be helpful for the future development and application of DRS.
