Vibration and Noise Test of 135 Model Variable-speed Unit

着重介绍135型变速器在电功率封闭试验台上进行的异常振动、噪声试验与测试,并利用动态信号分析软件对试验数据进行了较为详尽的分析。通过分析可知,在电封闭试验台上所测得的振动信号和噪声信号的频率成份分别与变速器内各部件的运行参数和变速器的振动信号相吻合,表明在本试验台上进行振动、噪声测试是可行的。

This paper introduces unusual vibration and noise test of 135 model variable-speed unit on closed test bench of electric power.It analyzes test data in detail by using dynamic signal analysis software.By analysis ,we know that frequency compositions of vibration signal and noise signal measured on the closed test bench are respectively in conformity with operating parameters of each moving part in the variable-speed unit and vibration signal of variable-speed signal,which shows that it is feasible to carry on vibration and noise test on the test bench.
