摘要 目的:通过对麻醉状态下脑电(EEG)的Lempel-Ziv复杂度C(n)分析,寻找适用于临床手术的麻醉深度实时监测参数。方法:通过对SD大鼠在不同麻醉深度下,从不同导联处提取的EEG信号进行Lempel-Ziv复杂度C(n)的计算分析。结果:EEG复杂度随麻醉程度的加深而减少,反之亦然。各导联的变化趋势是相似的。结论:只需对任一导EEG信号进行复杂度动态分析即可满足麻醉深度监测的要求,且复杂度计算简便,可为临床的麻醉深度实时监测提供一个新的途径。 Objective: To find a useful index for monitoring depth of anesthesia in real-time by studying on Lempel-Ziv complexity C(n) of electroencephalogram (EEG). Method: The EEG C(n)s of SD rats from different channels under different depth of anesthesia were measured and the relationship between C(n) and the depth of anesthesia was analyzed. Result:The C(n) decreased while the depth of anesthesia increased and vice versa in all channels.Conclusion: Using only one channel EEG C(n) is sufficient for monitoring the depth of anesthesia and its computation is simple, so it may be used as a practical index to monitor the depth of anesthesia in real-time for clinic.Author′s address Institute of Biomedical Engineering, Xi′an Jiaotong University, Xi′an,710048
