摘要
日本细川微粒子公司的子公司细川粉体技术研究所开发出可控制10nm以下微粒的尺寸、形态、组成、复合结构等的批量生产纳米微粒的制造工艺。生产能力约2t/月。可生产氧化铈、氧化钛、二氧化铈和氧化锆系的其它复合氧化物微粒。
