平时四肢火器伤患者的护理

Nursing of extremities injury by firearms at peacetime

笔者总结了85例平时四肢火器伤患者的护理经验,认为注意对休克、伤口、骨折的护理,定时测量生命体征,严密观察患肢血运,早期预防和发现感染,加强对患肢运动感觉功能的观察,做好骨折术后功能锻炼的宣教,将最大程度地促进病人的康复。

The authors summarized their experience of nursing 85 patients injured by firearms, arguing that all the measures will contribute to a great extent to the recovery as follows: elaborate nursing of shock, wounds and fractures, regular examination of vital signs, close observation of blood circulation of the extremities, early prevention and finding of infection, enhanced observation of kinesthetic sense of the wounded extremities, enforcement of health education on postoperative function exercises.
