Nursing of patients with fungal corneal ulcers

对住院的31例真菌性角膜溃疡患者出现的疼痛、焦虑、睡眠状态紊乱及可能出现的角膜穿孔、健眼潜在感染的危险等护理问题,落实了有效的护理措施,包括:避免各种刺激,减轻疼痛;多与患者沟通,了解其内心想法,给予适当的解释和安慰;提供安静、舒适的休养环境,稳定情绪,促进睡眠;密切观察眼压,防眼压过高;嘱患者勿搓揉眼睛,避免角膜损伤。结果,确保了疗效并减少和预防了并发症的发生。

Based on their experience of nursing 31 hospitalized patients with fungal corneal ulcers, the authors summarized such symptoms relevant to them as pains, anxiety, sleeping disorder as well as possible corneal perforation and latent infections and advanced the effective nursing measures as follows: avoidance of stimulation, relief of pains, more communication with patients, understanding of their minds, proper explanation and comfort for them, providence of peaceful and comfortable recreation surroundings, stabilization of their emotions, promotion of their sleeping, close observation of intraocular pressure to prevent intraocular overpressure, enjoining them not to rub their eyes to avoid injuring cornea. Those measures were contributive to the therapeutic efficacy and the reduction and effective prevention of complications.
