摘要
笔者根据对广州中医药大学护理学院99年级40名本科实习学生和48名临床带教老师问卷调查及访谈,发现存在影响实习教与学的几种心理差距:优越心理与带教厌烦心理的心理差距;重理论轻实践与期望值过高的心理差距;不敢提问太多与不用提问太多的心理差距;失落心理与无奈心理的心理差距;后期应付心理与听之任之的心理差距。并根据这几种心理差距提出对策。
The authors surveyed 40 juniors from the nursing school of the university and 48 teachers with questionnaires and interviews, finding the mental gaps existing in superiority in students and boredom in teachers, laying stress on theory but belittling practice and over-anticipation, fearing to ask more questions and expecting less questions, disappointment and despair, muddling through their late study and taking a laissez-faire attitude. They brought out their countermeasures based on the mental gaps.
