摘要
目的 通过对我国护理专业人力资源的现状分析 ,提出改进建议。方法 主要基于 2 0 0 3年卫生部公布的中国卫生统计资料 ,并与国际水平相对比。结果 我国护理专业存在护理人员短缺、学历层次偏低和职称层次结构不合理等问题。结论 建议从护理教育入手 ,通过扩大招生量、调整各层次招生比例、建立教育评估体系等手段 ,逐步改善现状 ,缩小同国际的差距。
Objective The purpose of the study was to analyze the status of nursing human resources in China and put forward improved measures.Method Based on the statistical data from the 2003 national health interview survey, the article analyzed the status of nursing human resources in our country by comparing it with the international circumstances.Results Our nursing human resources had many problems as follows: insufficient nurses, the low education level and the unreasonable distribution of the professional title.Conclusion In order to ameliorate the present condition, effective measures should be taken, including extending the educational enrollment, adjusting the proportion of enrollment and establishing the education evaluation system.
