OSAS患者与正常人群生活方式的对照性研究

A case-control study on the life styles of OSAS patients and normal persons/

目的 对阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征 (obstructivesleepapneasyndrome,OSAS)患者制定有效的护理干预措施和宣教计划 ,以达到优化其生活方式 ,减少该群体的发病率的目的。方法 对 2 0 8例OSAS患者和作为对照组的 98例正常人群生活方式调查评估 ,采用统一的入院评估首页 ,由责任护士进行问卷调查。结果 OSAS的好发年龄为 4 0～ 5 0岁 ;实验组肥胖率及超重率均明显高于对照组 (P <0 .0 1 ) ;实验组与对照组在饮酒量 吸烟量 运动强度之间均存在显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1 )。结论 护士根据OSAS患者生活方式特征 ,给予积极有效的护理干预 。

Objectives To investigate the correlation between life styles and obstructive sleep apnea syndrome (OSAS), summarize the related factors and build some active & effective propaganda steps to decrease the incidence of the disease and improve the life qualities of patients.Method 208 OSAS patients as case group and 98 normal persons as control group were assessment by questionnaire.Results The cases with OSAS were from 40 to 50 years old.The ratio of adiposity or overweight in OSAS patients was significantly higher than that of the control group ( P <0.01). It was significantly different on the quantities of smoking and drinking, as well as intensity of physical exercises, between the OSAS group and control group ( P <0.01).Conclusion It is very necessary for nurses to enhance the life quality of OSAS patients through active nursing interventions to their life styles.
