摘要
目的:通过大鼠肝纤维化动物模型,研究壮肝逐瘀煎防治肝纤维化的作用效果及其机理。方法:采用四氯化碳(CCL4)复合因素大鼠肝纤维化模型,予壮肝逐瘀煎灌胃,观察其对肝纤四项及形态学的影响,以大黄蟅虫丸为对照。结果:壮肝逐瘀煎显著降低大鼠血清中HA、LN、IV-C、PC-Ⅲ的水平,并能减轻肝脏炎症及纤维化程度。结论:壮肝逐瘀煎具有抗肝纤维化作用。
Objective:To investigate the effect and mechanisim of ZhuangGanZhuYuJian in treatment of liver fibrosis in rat model.
Methods:After making the model with Carbon tetrachloride combined factors and treated with ZhuangGanZhuYuJian.
The indexes of hepatofibrosis and pathology of liver were observed,using DaHuangZheChongWan as control.
Results:The serum level of HA,LN,IV-C and PC-Ⅲ were significantly decreased,and the formation of liver
fibrosis was successfully ameliorated by the ZhuangGanZhuYuJian.ConclusionrZhuangGanZhuYuJian could retain
the progression of liver fibrosis.
