在全部公安工作中 ,队伍建设是根本。当前 ,我们必须深刻认识公安队伍建设所面临的新情况和新问题。要抓好公安队伍建设 ,必须在思想观念和思维方式上与时俱进 ,将队伍建设置于更加突出的地位 ,牢固树立“大建设”观念、“长期建设”观念和创新观念 ;营造勤奋学习、勤于思考的良好氛围 ;抓好领导班子建设 ,发挥“班长”在队伍建设中的表率作用 ;突出重点 ,关口前移 ,加大对公安民警的监督管理力度 ;强基固本 ,提高素质 。

Root of the police work is to build the team. We have realized that team building now confronts new situation and problems. To build a strong police team, we must keep our mind with times, place team building in an important position, renovate our outlook all the time, organize a good team leader group is also very necessary. We must constantly strengthen the force of supervision over police officers, improve their quality and perfect their training and education.
