摘要 成都建筑材料工业设计研究院有限公司在历年的研发和实践的基础上,借鉴和消化吸收国外大型篦冷机的先进技术,并对热平衡、气固热交换、供风系统、传动系统、篦床排布、篦板结构形式、重要零部件等作了大量的比较和分析,优化设计方案,研制出LBTF5 000第三代空气梁往复推动篦式冷却机,由液压传动装置来驱动。 Based on development and practice experience over the years, and using foreign advanced technology on large grate cooler for reference, Chengdu Design & Research Institute of Building Materials Industry has developed the third generation inflatable reciprocating LBTF5000 type grate cooler, which is driven by hydraulic devices. During the work, a lot of comparisons and analysis were done to heat balance, solid-gas heat exchange, air supply system, driving system, grate plate disposition, structure type of grate plate, and major component parts etc., for design optimization.
