Design of rotation speed sensor for automotive wheel based on CAN bus

传感器网络化是传感器领域发展的一项新兴技术。它在统一网络协议的基础上实现传感器信号的数字化、网络化的变送。介绍了一种基于CAN总线的汽车轮速传感器的设计方法及有关芯片的功能,设计研究了轮速传感器信号处理电路并用单片微机进行信号的采集和处理。所设计的传感器测速系统测量实用性强、准确度高,具有广阔的应用前景。

Network sensor is a new sensing technique that transmits sensor signal as digital and network signals in the same network protocol.A kind of design method and related function of the chip for the wheel rotation speed sensor based on CAN bus are presented. A processing circuit for the signal of the wheel rotation speed sensor has been designed. The signal has been sampled and processed by a single chip microcomputer. The system of sensor checking rotation speed is practicable and has high accuracy in measurement.It should have good application in future.
