Failure detection and calibration algorithm of Coriolis mass flowmeter

提出了一种基于信号特征识别的科氏质量流量计故障检测、校正算法。该方法通过向已有的软件中增加相应的算法实现,不增加系统成本而提高了测量准确度;仿真和实测结果表明:本文所研究的方法是可行的、有效的。

A method of failure detection and calibration algorithm of Coriolos mass flowmeter is presented, which is based on identification of the signal characteristic. The method is carried out through adding algorithms in the system software. No extra system cost is needed and its measurement accuracy is improved. The simulated and tested results prove this method is valuable and feasible.
