摘要
控制系统的构成及控制策略是决定伺服系统响应性的关键 ,文章重点介绍了 2 .2 k W稀土永磁伺服系统的 DSP+ CPL D数字控制器的构成、控制过程 ,提出了实现伺服系统快响应性的控制策略 ,实测结果表明 :2 .2 k W稀土永磁伺服系统从 + 3 0 0 0 r/ min至 -3 0 0 0 r/ min的阶跃响应时间仅为 45ms,且伺服系统超调小。
Control system construction and control strategy is very important to the responsibility of servo system. The construction of num erical controller, based upon DSP and FPGA, and control process are introduced. The authors proposed the control strategies to improve the rapid responsibility . Test results of a 2.2 kW REPM servo system are presented in the paper: the st ep -input response time of the system from 3000 r/min to-3000 r/min is only 45 ms.
