摘要
文章针对现在应用广泛的微机控制包装印刷位置控制系统开机时校对难的问题 ,介绍了一种改进的模糊 PID复合控制器 ,开机时位置误差大于某一值时使用模糊控制器 ,当误差小于该值时使用 PID控制器 ,经仿真表明 ,该复合控制既具有良好的动态性能 ,开机时能迅速消除误差 ,又能获得较高的稳态精度。由于对该控制器的输出应用了一个饱和因子限制输出变化率 。
In respect of the problem that it is difficult to c or rect error when the machine is just operated for the binding and printing positi on controlling system controlled by micro-computer, the paper introduces an adv anced fuzzy-PID hybrid controller. When the error is larger than the value, the fuzzy controller is used, in the same time the error is less than the value, t h e PID controller is applied. The result of simulation shows that the combined co ntroller possesses not only good dynamic tracing performances but also high stea dy state accuracy. The error can be fast eliminated when the machine is just ope rated. Because saturated factor is utilized in the output of the system to limit the variable rate of the output, the steady performance of the output is improv ed to the great extent.
