摘要
文章以一种广泛应用的天然类火山灰为主要减轻材料 ,辅以其它硅质材料 ,根据粒度级配和优化原理 ,配合新开发的早强剂 ,设计出密度可在 1.35~ 1.6 0 g/cm3 范围内变化 ,适合低压易漏地层固井作业的新型低密度水泥浆体系。室内实验表明 :该体系具有悬浮稳定性强、滤失量低、水泥石早期抗压强度较高、成本低廉、且浆体密度受压力影响较小等特点。克服了常规低密度水泥浆早期强度低和漂珠低密度水泥浆体系受压力影响较大的缺点 ,具有良好的工程应用前景。
With widely applied natural volcanic ash as the lightening material adding other siliceous materials, according to the principles of grain size matching and optimization and using the new developed early-strength agent, a new cement slurry series with low density 1.35 ~ 1.60g/cm3 has been developed, which can be applied to well cementing for the formations with low pressure and easy leakage. Lab. study indicates the series has the characteristics of stable suspension property, low filtration loss, high strength of early-formed cement stone, low cost, and little influence of pressure on the slurry density, etc. It overcomes the shortcomings of low strength of early cement stone formed by conventional cement slurry, and the big influence on the low density cement slurry with floating pearls. So, it has bright future of application.
