An Analysis of the Difficulties for Setting up A Unified Urban-kural Labor market in Yunnan

构建城乡统一的劳动力市场,解决农村劳动力进城就业渠道不畅的问题,这不仅是云南省建立社会主义市场经济体制的需要,同时也是促进农村剩余劳动力规范、有序地转移,加快云南省城镇化建设的积极举措。在对云南省劳动力市场进行调研的基础上,通过一些实证的分析和理性的思考,指出了目前云南省构建城乡统一劳动力市场存在的难点问题,并提出了一些思考和建议。

Establishing a unified wrban_rural labor market and solving the problem for rural labor to hunt jobs in the cities is not only neccessary for Yunnan province to set up socialist economic system but also and active measure to promote rural surplus labor to transfor in order.This paper points out the difficult issues in constructing a sinle urban_rural labor market in Yunnan by positive analysis and rational thinking based labor market in Yunnan by positive analysis and rational thinking based on the provineial labor research and puts forward some suggestions and ideas.
