摘要
三峡永久船闸第1闸首叠梁门为目前国内规模最大的叠梁门,具有支承跨度大,设计水头高,结构尺寸庞大的特点。设计中针对主梁截面型式、翼板板厚的选择、吊耳结构以及行走支承材料的选定等技术难点,进行了方案比较及优化,最终确定了既满足规范要求、保证承载能力,又能节省工程量的叠梁门结构型式,并选用了较新型的高强黄铜自润滑支承材料。对设计的关键技术问题作了较详尽的阐述。
The stop log gate at the first lock head of the Three Gorges Project's permanent shiploks is the largest of its kind in China at present and is characterized by large span, high water head and huge structural sizes. During the gate design, scheme comparison and optimization were conducted in accordance with difficult technical problems on the selection of section shape and web thickness of main beams, the selection of lifting eye structure and materials used for running and supporting rails, etc. The stop log structure was finally determined which could satisfy requirement stipulated in design codes, ensure bearing capacity and reduce engineering amount, with new high-strength brass self-lubricating supporting material adopted. This paper presents key technical problems in the gate design in detail.
