终身学习策略是欧盟共同就业政策的重要组成部分,自1997年以来,欧盟成员国在终身学习政策和实施方面进行了大量的改革,提高了教育和培训的质量,增强了劳动力的就业能力和适应能力。终身学习策略取得了很好的效果,同时在政策实施过程中的存在一些问题。

Lifelong learning strategies are important parts of European Employment Strategies. Since 1998, policy reforms in the field of lifelong learning have been carried out in Member states. The reforms improved the quality of education and training to promote employability and adaptability. Using data of expenditure, participate and attainment exams compliance with the common lifelong learning targets and concludes some issues.
