摘要
介绍了一种用于X荧光分析中激发X射线管的低功率,高稳定度的高压发生器。采用逆程变压器(FBT)产生高压的方式和脉幅调制(PAM)稳压的方法,实现电路简单可靠,易小型化。同时,详细分析了其工作原理和主要电路,给出了试验数据。该高压发生器达到了设计要求,已投入实际应用多年,并体现出高稳定性和高可靠性的特点。
This paper introduces a high-volt generator of X-ray tube with low power and high stability for X-ray fluorescence analysis system. It adopted some techniques such as generating high-volt by FBT and steadying voltage by PAM. The circuit is simple and reliable, so as to be small-sized. its work principles and main circuit are analyzed in detail with some experiment data. The high-volt generator has achieved design standard and moreover has showed high stability and reliability through its application for several years.
