聚氨酯—聚丙烯酸酯复合乳液合成工艺的研究 被引量:24

摘要 采用种子乳液聚合法制备了聚氨酯 聚丙烯酸酯 (PUA)复合乳液。比较了 4种不同合成工艺对PUA复合乳液性能的影响。试验结果发现 ,单体中和合成工艺的PUA复合乳液的贮存稳定性、机械性能和耐水性好 ,具有工艺简单、污染小。 The title emulsion (PUA) has been prepared with seed emulsion polymerization. The influence of four different preparation technologies on the performance of emulsions is compared. It has shown that the PUA compound emulsion prepared with technology of monomer neutralization shows characteristics of better storage stability, good mechanical and water resistance properties, and simple process, lower pollution, and lower cost.
