It is the natural tendency of modern constructive projects' characteristics to make full use of information technology in enhancing the level of the project management. Accordingly, on discussing the characteristics and requirements of modern constructive projects, the method of establishing the model of projects information management and its functions are stated and how to use information technology effectively in reflecting the high efficiency in the project management is illustrated.
