摘要
旅游业作为直接面对消费者的行业,近年得到了迅猛的发展.旅游业的规范管理是旅游业发展的基本保证,而规范管理则需要以信息渠道畅通与共享为前提.分析了旅游行业信息化建设的现状.从旅游行业管理的角度,提出了基于计算机集成技术的旅游行业管理信息集成平台的架构,并分析了旅游行业管理信息集成平台的功能和应用关键技术.
Tourism is an industry directly facing the consumers. In the recent years there has been a swift development. Its standard management is the guarantee of the tourism development, but the standard management requires the straightway information and sharing as the premise. The present situation of the information development in tourism is analyzed. From the angle of management the construction of the information integration platform for tourism management is establised on the basis of computer integration technology and the functions and the key relevant technologies of the platform are studied.
