The assessment of urban land value system is studied by applying intellectual economic theory. By analysizing the present system and on the basis of the disadvantages of the traditional assessment system, a new evaluation of urban land value system is established which meets the requirements of the intellective economy and makes up for the flaws of the traditional system. The achievement can be used not only for conducting the assessment of land value, but also predicting the tendency of the future development in the modern city.
