摘要 针对肛门失禁患者的排便控制问题,研制了一种新的生物反馈式括约肌装置。根据正常人排便控制原理及内括约肌松弛反射过程,利用压力传感器对肠道压力进行测量,实现生物反馈;采用直流电机制成微型双向泵,对医用硅胶囊袋进行充(抽)液,模拟正常人内括约肌的收紧和松弛功能;整个装置由MSP430F1121单片机进行控制。动物实验结果表明,该装置能够较好地控制排便。 In order to solve the problem of defecation-control for anus incontinence patients, an anus constrictor with biofeedback function has been developed by using a sensor to measure the pressure of patient' intestine following the principle of healthy people's defecation-control and constrictor's flab-reflex. A micro bi-directional-pump which exuberates of pumps water for a silica gel theca to simulate the constriction and flab function of a constrictor. The whole equipment is controlled by a MSP430F1121 micro controller. Animal experimental results show that, this equipment can control defecation very well.
