摘要
对风机和水泵类负载,串级调速是一种高性价比的节能调速方法。介绍了新型的6kV/1250kW绕线式电动机的软开关升压型串级调速装置,它采用IGBT软开关升压电路结合晶闸管逆变器来实现转差功率的回馈并实现电动机的连续调速。由于升压开关频率为2kHz,逆变触发角固定,使得装置具有逆变功率因数高、升压电感体积小、效率高等优点。装置结合内馈绕线式电动机构成风机、水泵类负载的调速系统,具有极高的性价比。
Cascade drive is a kind of speed regulation with high feature and low cost for fans and pumps.Cascade control system for 6 kV/1 250 kW wound-rotor induction motor based on soft switching boost converter presented in the paper employs IGBT soft switching boost converter combining thyristor based 3-phase current source inverter to realize the power feedback and speed regulation.High power factor of inverter,small volume of boost inductor and high efficiency are obtained due to a boost switching frequency of 2 kHz and a fixed triggering angle of the inverter. A high feature and low cost drive system can be composed of this kind of drive combining a internal-feedback wound-rotor induction motor for loads like fans and pumps.
