摘要
讨论了一种新型的机车充电电源,该电源采用一种简单的零电压零电流开关(ZVZCS)全桥DC/DC拓扑结构,通过移相控制,在很宽的负载变化范围内实现了软开关,系统工作效率较高。从理论上详细分析了该电源的基本工作原理,并对电路的有关参数设计给予了说明,最后给出了仿真波形和10kW样机的实验波形。
In this article, a novel locomotive charging power supply for ,which is formed of a simple zero-voltage zero-current-switching (ZVZCS) full-bridge(FB) DC/DC topology is introduced. The converter could work in a very high efficiency under a wide power load range due to the ZVZCS soft switching operation by phase-shifting control. The operation principle is explained analyzed in detail, the parameters of the converter are also illustrated. Simulative and experimental results of a 10 kW prototype are included to show the feasibility of the discussed scheme.
