摘要
采用一种固液反应球磨专利技术制备了Fe Zn和Fe Sb系列金属间化合物粉末,考察了金属液体中加入与磨球成分相同的金属粉末对反应速度的影响,并分析讨论了该技术制备金属间化合物的机理和特点.
A novel patented technology, termed as solid-liquid reaction milling, was adopted to prepare the Fe-Zn and Fe-Sb nano-crystalline intermetallics powders. The effect of some elemental powders with the same composition as the milling medium on the reaction rate was investigated, and the reaction mechanism and advantages were also discussed.
