摘要
针对连铸—热轧一体化生产中 ,约束条件多且不匹配、工艺路径连续运行等特点 ,借助车辆路径问题的思想给出了制定轧制单位的数学模型 ,并基于禁忌搜索算法设计出一种求解策略 .数据实验结果表明 :与人工排程相比 ,应用本文方法形成轧制单位的板坯数平均增加了 2 2 % ,对轧辊磨损的惩罚值平均减少了6 3% ,并且排程时间明显缩短 .
A mathematical model for rolling units of integrated continuous casing and hot rolling is formulated according to vehicle routing problem and solved by a heuristic method based on tabu search algorithm. Computational results on experimental data indicate that the average number of slabs included in a rolling unit is increased by 22%, the average penalty is reduced by 63%, and the solution time is obviously reduced comparising with manual work.
