摘要
提出了基于线阵CMOS图像传感器的长水泡检测方法。检测系统通过CMOS传感器及外围电路对水准器图像进行处理,利用比较器设定阈值的方法,得到了长水泡两个边界的位置并将其显示,从而实现对长水泡的检测。
A method for testing the bubble of plate level is introduced in the paper.First,the image of plate level is obtained by linear CMOS image sensor.Secondly,the brim of the bubble image is detected using differential comparator after preprocessing the image.And lastly,MCU send two edges data to the display unit.
