论述了网络信息资源的定义和特点,网络信息资源评价的必要性、网络信息资源评价的目的、网络信息资源评价的对象以及评价的标准和方法;对国内外网络信息资源的评价标准和链接分析法、层次分析法、评价性元数据方法等几种常用方法进行了详细的论述评价。
This article is to discuss the evaluation of online resources. The discussions focus on the definition and characteristics of online sources, the necessity and main points of these discussions, as well as the criteria and methods of these discussions. More over, this article also described in detail of the different commonly used evaluation methods to compare China's online sources with other countries'. These methods include chained analysis, leveled analysis, and evaluation metadata.
