摘要
阐述了现有各种桩基的不足,重点介绍了谢庆道教授的专利技术,即桩基工程的创新技术——现浇薄壁筒桩技术的工艺原理以及该技术与现有各种桩基比较下所具有的经济、高效、承载力高、环境效益好等特点,并以温州银策大厦为例,对其技术经济指标进行了对比分析,指出了该技术在交通工程、水利工程、海洋工程以及工业与民用建筑工程等领域的应用前景及研究意义,借以抛砖引玉,以推动该创新技术在各类工程中的推广与应用。
First,all the defects of existing pile foundations are set forth. Then the technological process and principle of Professor Xie Qindaos patent technology,i. e. pile foundation engineering innovation technology —cast-in-situ thin wall pot pile technology is specially introduced. The economical and efficient characteristics,high load-bearing capacity and good environment benefit of this technology are specially discussed by comparing with other kinds of pile foundations. The technology and economy indexes are compared and analyzed by taking Wenzhou Yince Hotel as an example. At last,the good application prospects and significance are pointed out in such fields as communication project,water conservancy project,marine engineering,and so on.
