摘要
目的 :建立催乳颗粒中黄芪甲苷的含量测定方法。方法 :用超声波提取催乳颗粒中的黄芪甲苷 ,以RP HPLC法测定其含量。使用C18柱 (4 6mm× 2 50mm ,5μm) ,流动相甲醇 水 (1∶2 ) ,流速 0 8mL/min ,检测波长 2 0 5nm ,结果 :在实验条件下 ,黄芪甲苷标准品在 10 54~ 53 3 0 μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系 ;平均加样回收率为 96 2 5% ;精密度试验相对标准偏差为 2 60 %和 1 18%。结论 :采用RP HPLC法测定催乳颗粒中黄芪甲苷的含量 ,具有分离良好 ,简便、重现性好等特点 。
Objective:To establish the d e termination method of Astragaloside Ⅳ in CuiRu KeLi. Methods: Astragaloside Ⅳ in CuiRu KeLi was extracted by ultrasonic extraction method and determined by HPLC on C18 column (4 6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) using a mobile phase o f methanol-water (1∶2). The flow rate was 0 8 mL/min and wavelength-detected was 205 nm. Results:Calibration graphs were rectilinear between 10 54 μg and 53 30 μg under the experimental conditions. The recovery was 9 6 25%. The relative standard deviations (RSDs) of measurement precision test we re 2 60% and 1 18%. Conclusion:Determination of astragaloside IV in CuiRu KeLi by HPLC showed a good separation and can be used for quality co ntrol of CuiRu KeLi.
