喉癌组织中诱导型一氧化氮合酶的表达与微血管密度的关系及其临床意义 被引量:1

The clinical significance of the relationship between iNOS expression and microvascular density in laryngocarcinoma

摘要 目的 探讨喉鳞癌组织中诱导型一氧化氮合酶 (i NOS)的表达与微血管密度 (MVD)的关系。方法 应用免疫组织化学技术 SP法 ,对 58例不同病理分化程度、临床分期的喉鳞癌组织 CD34、i NOS表达蛋白进行检测。结果 喉癌组织 i NOS阳性表达率为 84.5% ,i NOS表达程度与喉癌的临床分期无相关性 ,与细胞分化程度呈负相关 (P<0 .0 5) ;淋巴结转移组 i NOS(96.0 % )显著高于无淋巴结转移组 (75.8% ) ;i NOS表达程度与肿瘤的 MVD存在正相关性 (P<0 .0 1 )。结论  i NOS在喉鳞状细胞癌中表达增高可能与血管形成有关。 Objective To explore the relationship between iNOS expression and microvascular density (MVD). Methods CD34 and iNOS protein in 58 cases of squamous laryngocarcinoma with different differentiation degree and clinic stage were detected by immunochemistry technique (SP method). Results The positive rate of iNOS expression in laryngocarcinoma was 84.5%. The degree of iNOS expression was not related to clinical staging, but has negative relationship with the degree of cell differentiation (P<0.05). The expression in lymphonode metastasis group (96.0%) was much higher than negative group (75.8%). The degree of iNOS expression and MVD in tumor showed positive correlation (P<0.05). Conclusions The increase of iNOS expression played an important role in vascularization in squamous laryngocarcinoma.
