近海生态环境的污染是目前最受关注的环境问题之一 ,污染区域内大量致病微生物可以通过食用水产品直接感染人类而诱发疾病 ,一旦水域受污染的程度超过生物结合钝化及分解转化的能力 ,污染物就会通过生物浓缩及生物积累存储于生物体内 ,并沿着食物链转移到人体 ,对人类健康构成严重的威胁。本文针对海洋污染的现状 ,论述了其诱发人类疾病的潜在因素 ,以期促使人们重视海洋环境问题 。

The pollution of coastal ecological environment is one of the focus issues ,amount of pathogenic bacteir living in the pollutiog arcas can infect people and result in discascs through consuming the Mari-food.The contaminants,once its quantity is esceed than the amount of that the organisms can decompose down and transtorm,can be storcd in the living things' body by Bio-concentration and Bioaccumulation,and convey to the people who have the food being one of the food-chain,and the contaminants can threnten to the human health through the food-chain. This paper focus on the situation of Mari-pollution.discuss the potential discase's fhctors.reminds people to attach importancc to Mari-cnvironment,strengthen the disease prevention and control.
