无创正压通气在重症急性左心衰竭抢救中的作用

Effect of Non-invasive Positive Pressure Ventilation on the Treatment of Patients with the Servere Acute Left Heart Failure

目的 :探讨无创正压通气 (NIPPV)救治重症急性左心衰竭的疗效。方法 :选择 2 0例重症急性左心衰竭患者 ,在常规治疗同时采用双水平气道正压 (BiPAP)模式经鼻面罩性NIPPV ,观察通气前后动脉血气中pH、PaO2 、PaCO2 、SaO2 及患者心率 (HR)、血压 (Bp)及临床表现的变化。结果 :通气治疗后 ,患者临床症状明显改善 ,pH、PaO2 、PaCO2 、SaO2 等参数与前比较有显著性差异 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :NIPPV治疗急性左心衰竭能迅速改善患者症状和低氧血症 。
